Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide through contact forms or direct communication, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, service area, and project details.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, discuss website or marketing services, prepare recommendations, and provide requested support.
Forms and Hosting Tools
This site uses Netlify Forms to process contact form submissions. When you submit the form, the information you provide may be processed by Netlify so Hometown Boost can receive and respond to your request.
Cookies and Analytics
We use temporary storage in your browser tab to remember your first page, referring website, and campaign tags, if present. These details are included with your inquiry to help us understand how you found us. This temporary storage does not contain your form answers and is cleared when your tab session ends.
Optional Google Analytics is loaded only when it is configured and you choose Allow analytics. When active, it measures reviewed public pages, contact-button clicks, and inquiries accepted by the form service. We use fixed page labels and approved campaign names; your name, email address, phone number, message, and other form answers are not sent as analytics event data. A form acceptance event does not prove that an email was delivered or that a job was booked.
Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. If allowed, Google Analytics uses its own browser cookies and receives technical information with network requests. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google signals in this installation. You can decline without losing access to the site, or use Analytics settings in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing permission stops future collection and may reload the page; it cannot recall information already sent.
Google describes its processing in its Privacy Policy. We do not currently load a separate advertising or remarketing pixel. If optional analytics is not configured, Analytics settings says it is off.
